The 
End!

Welcome to the sixth and final stage of our game design process, the Gold Master stage! Over the course of the past couple weeks we have been taking our game from the Beta stage to the Gold Master stage where we finally able to put a finished version of our game up on Steam! 

The Gold Master stage of our project is the final step in that progression where we now have a playable, optimized version of a fully fleshed out game, set up our official Steam page, and done enough playtesting that we are now prepared to show the wolrd the culmination of all of our hard work!

Gameplay Trailer

This is the final version of the trailer for our game! It showcases the many levels, enemy types, and fun hidden parts you can encounter by playing "Your friend, Sam!" 

Many things have changed since that first gameplay demo we made all those months ago, and we are super proud to finally showcase a final product!

The game is complete!

This past week we finally got our Steam page up and running, added the game file to said page, and released our game to the public for the first time ever! 

In this final iteration of this lengthy game design process we added a couple of quality-of-life items. This includes a speedrunning timer for those of you who have played enough to know this game like the back of your hand, and more importantly a functioning pause menu if you need to stop partway through a run.
